ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a clear vision for the type of agency I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three kids, ages 14, 11, and 8, and my background as a college athlete has shaped the competitive, team-oriented mindset I bring to the office.

Our agency offers health benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have the opportunity to build successful careers without sacrificing the things that matter outside of work.

I’m especially proud of the culture we’ve created. When I became an agent, I promised myself I would always err on the side of being human over simply running a business. We have high expectations and hold one another accountable, but we don’t believe in micromanaging. Our team steps in to help each other, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and always strives to put the customer first.

I’m looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, coachable, and wants more for themselves professionally. If you’re motivated by growth, comfortable being held accountable, and want the freedom to perform without someone constantly looking over your shoulder, you’ll fit in well with our team.
